Our Vineyards
Noyes Park is our estate property on the outskirts of Gundaroo, where our philosophy takes root. Since 2018, our focus has been on restoring soil health and building a diverse, resilient ecosystem capable of supporting exceptional vineyards for generations to come.
Every decision begins with the soil. Compost and natural fertiliser produced on the property are returned to the land, increasing organic matter and encouraging biodiversity. The vineyard starts beneath the surface, and we believe the character of every wine is shaped long before the grapes are harvested.
In the winter of 2026, preparations began for the planting of our first estate vineyard. It marks the beginning of a new chapter, but the work to create the conditions for exceptional wine has been underway for years.
Noyes Park
Located in Springrange, between Canberra and Murrumbateman, Foxridge sits on a western-facing slope. The site is shaped by its aspect and elevation, with long afternoon light across the vineyard and a cooling influence from the valley below.
Originally established in the early 2000s, Foxridge was once a significantly larger planting. Over time, the vineyard has been reduced to 1.4 acres in total—1.2 acres of Riesling and a small 0.2-acre block of Shiraz.
We have worked closely with this vineyard for several years, previously managing the site for its owner, and developed a deep respect for the fruit it produces. Even in its reduced form, Foxridge consistently delivers wines of clarity, tension, and site-driven character.
It remains a small but important vineyard within our collection—defined not by its size, but by the precision and personality it brings to every vintage.
